PanelPrep is run by SALO Design, a small aluminium products studio in Israel. We collect as little as we can, and only to run and improve the tool.

Your drawings

Pattern files you load are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded to us, unless you choose to attach one to a problem report.

What we collect

• Beta sign-up: your email, what you cut with, and the country your request came from.
• Usage counts: when the editor opens, when a pattern loads or fails, and when you download a file. Downloads are linked to your email if you signed up, so we can see which beta users actually use the tool.
• Problem reports: what you write, the email you give (optional), your editor settings, your browser version, and the DXF file if you choose to attach it.
• Saved projects stay in your own browser and are not sent to us.

What we do with it

• Email you about PanelPrep: beta news, and pricing before it changes. Nothing else.
• Fix files and features that don't work.
• Decide what to build next.

We don't sell or share your data. It is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts the site.

Your choices

To unsubscribe, see what we hold about you, or have it deleted, send a request through Report a problem in the editor with the email you used. We act on it within 30 days.
